3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Certain products may offer recurring subscriptions or credit packs. Purchases made via app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) are governed by the respective store terms and payment policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your platform account settings before the renewal date.
4. Intellectual Property
All code, designs, branding, trademarks, algorithms, and content developed by LeenearLabs remain the exclusive property of LeenearLabs and its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LeenearLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
